I think the management should impose nominal amount of fine for those who found to be guilty of spoiling public places and thereby a sense of cleanliness might arose among the people who commit these nuisance.....
We can maintain cleanliness in public perfectly. If the governement pass rules that people who make public places untidy they should pay fine as people do in US
