For every human being 7 hours sleep is enough it is better to sleep at 9 o clock and wake up at 4 oclock which is better for health.

This depends on your time schedule. I go to bed at 9 P.M. and get up at 5 A.M.
In olden days you can see the people who will sleep at 7 oclock only and they will wake at 4 o clock.
