How much sleep?
Sleeping less and more both are unhealthy. what is optimum need for sleep. see further:

True, we have a close relation of tension and sleep therefore if some one is having mental tension he finds it difficult to sleep. That is a serious problem if prolonged.

That too is different for different people.friend. My best and me are completely different in this case. When she is tensed she tends to sleep a lot and when I am tensed I cant sleep much.

If you take heavy lunch, you will feel sleep in afternoon. There is no harm in sleeping then. Whatever our body demands is okay.
Afternoon sleep is not good for health as it makes you obese in future.

If you sleep for 10 minutes or so, just a nap this makes you fresh and ready to work for another 6 hours.
Even I think the sleep of 7~8 hours in a day is enough lesser than this may be an invitation to many diseases.But these days due to lot of tensions at workplace I don't get sufficient time to sleep.But I am trying to improve it. :)
we should sleep at least 6-7 hours daily. 8 hours sleep is really great, for our mind, body and eyes...

May he has been habitual of work pressure but that's good I should also change my self. :laugh:
