Sleeping less and more both are unhealthy. what is optimum need for sleep. see further:

Sleep also depends on the state of your mind. When I am tensed I tend to have sleepless nights. :angry:


True, we have a close relation of tension and sleep therefore if some one is having mental tension he finds it difficult to sleep. That is a serious problem if prolonged.
In holidays I used to sleep afternoon also. A deep sound sleep in holiday - afternoons .

If you sleep for 10 minutes or so, just a nap this makes you fresh and ready to work for another 6 hours.
Sleep is very much essential for our body.Proper sleep reduce many problems.we must sleep at least 7 to 8 hours a day.

10 minutes to work for 6 hours. :) :) . Some people have this tendency.

Even I think the sleep of 7~8 hours in a day is enough lesser than this may be an invitation to many diseases.But these days due to lot of tensions at workplace I don't get sufficient time to sleep.But I am trying to improve it. :)

If someone don't take a healthy sleep he/she will feel sleepy whole day and won't be able to concentrate on the work I have noticed it many times when I don't take a healthy sleep. :)
