Oh sure, milk has many health benefits. But if some one can not stand it in its original form there are number of dairy products which are as good. Nothing to beat yogurt.

DARA Singh never used to eat Ghee instead he used to eggs,butter and milk. :laugh:
Sunday ho ya Monday roz khao ande was only an advert. He was total vegetarian.
