I recently started drinking TEA.. Before then this I was always having milk. I didn't left that habit because of it taste, because I like its taste with cardamom.. So sometimes I have it.

Tea is definitely not a substitute of milk you must restart drinking milk.
I never take milk as such but take milk products like curd, lassi, cheese, ice cream etc. Besides, I take coffee and tea with milk

This certainly depends from person to person. Some people can live their life on milk and allied products.

I prefer tea than milk but sometimes I drink a cup of milk flavored with any health drink.
Milk is an important source of nutrition, no doubt. But as far as adults are concerned, only one glass of milk is sufficient and along with it other milk products like cheese, curd, butter and other dietary supplements like fish, leafy vegetables, oranges, almonds, soy products should be taken to fulfill the calcium requirement of the body.

Oh sure, milk has many health benefits. But if some one can not stand it in its original form there are number of dairy products which are as good. Nothing to beat yogurt.
