Correct time to drink water.

This is from a cardiac specialist.

2 glases of water after waking up helps to activate internal organs.

1 glass of water 30 minutes before meal-helps digestion

1 glass of water before taking bath-helps lower blood pressure.

1 glass of water before going to bed-avoids stroke or heart attack. :) :)

Nice and valuable information to all.
Now it is summer, So we need to have more water. Its good have water for every hour. We should that much water that we should never feel thristy then only we will be perfectly healthy in summer. In summer our body needs more water
In summer ,we get dehydrated very quickly,so its better to drink more water than we consume daily.
We should drink atleast 4-6 litre water daily to keep ourself hydrated.
In spring season, most of the moisture and water in our body go out as sweat and due this lack of water in our body we get dehydration. So we have water in such amount that we should never get thirsty then only we are healthy in summer
Yes more water in the summer is surely healthy... it help us to avoid dehydration situation..
As much water you have that much good for your health. not only dehydration and many other health problems also will go away from you. For summer season drinking water is the best medicine.
But still sometimes drinking more water not feel well.. I don't know whats the reason.
Drinking more never harms us. If the water is polluted one then it harms us
Okay.. Even I don't know about it, but I have read somewhere that drinking water more and more can be unhealthy.
It is much good if we drink 6 to 7 glasses of water that means 2 litres of water perday
Yes.. But mostly I don't drinking that much water. I guess I need to improve my habit of drinking water.

This is a very good information.. Drinking 8-10 glasses of water every day is good for our health.
anand, if we avoid drinking water much then it will lead to many health problems and later we need to suffer alot
First of all, water is important to control the body temperature. But, cool water may cause constipation. Sasikanth you have given valuable information about drinking water.
Actually I am not avoiding it.. Its like I am drinking water whenever I a feel thirsty. So not drinking extra glasses.

Avoiding water when you feel thirsty may definitely lead to dehydration. :)

For me i drink water when i feel thirsty not what doctor suggest. :)
That's what I do SJ.. When I feel thirsty I go for drinking water .. I am not drinking extra water for good health as I have read it from many.
one should drink atleast 8litres of water daily in summers that will be good for health and one more thing as i have read it somewhere that after having food we should drink water after 45mins.
8 liters is too much.. Surely I am not drinking that much water in a day.. He he
