Now it is summer, So we need to have more water. Its good have water for every hour. We should that much water that we should never feel thristy then only we will be perfectly healthy in summer. In summer our body needs more water

In summer ,we get dehydrated very quickly,so its better to drink more water than we consume daily.

Want to make each day Accountable

We should drink atleast 4-6 litre water daily to keep ourself hydrated.

In spring season, most of the moisture and water in our body go out as sweat and due this lack of water in our body we get dehydration. So we have water in such amount that we should never get thirsty then only we are healthy in summer

As much water you have that much good for your health. not only dehydration and many other health problems also will go away from you. For summer season drinking water is the best medicine.
