Correct time to drink water.

This is from a cardiac specialist.

2 glases of water after waking up helps to activate internal organs.

1 glass of water 30 minutes before meal-helps digestion

1 glass of water before taking bath-helps lower blood pressure.

1 glass of water before going to bed-avoids stroke or heart attack. :) :)

even i dont do that but atleast we can drink 4 to 5 per day. because water is never harmful.
On that one also I am confused because of different of opinions about it.
dont get confused just follow your heart and mind
Just drink water how much you required. that is enough. dont drink less.
Yes.. That's what I am doing.. Drinking water as per need, and will try to drink some more.

Don't get confused drink water when you are thirsty and don't keep yourself thirsty which can be harmful. :)
That's what I am doing SJ.. And yes I don't used to be thirsty as I know it can cause dehydration...... This summer is already too much hot now.

I never heard about it before that water can also increase the weight.
If we drink excess of water,then it will going to increase our weight.

8 liters is really too much for a person to drink in a day.But i also have heard that people should drink minimum 8 liters. :)

It depends on the age too you cannot expect a kid of 2 years to drink 8 liters of water in a day. :woohoo:

Yes for an adult they should drink 8 liters in a day but if you don't drink it then too its not a problem. :)
