How safe is the water you drink?
After knowing about water and its benefits, how safe is the water we drink?
In the process of drinking liters of water, we also get sick and even the diseases like diarrhea occurs due to contaminated water.

Great post and one more thing I would like to add here that we should drink water 15minutes after lunch and dinner.

Great post and one more thing I would like to add here that we should drink water 15minutes after lunch and dinner.
Even I have heard that we shouldn't drink water immediately after launch and dinner.
how much water we are taking for a day that much is good for our health. Taking more water will also cure stones in kidney.
I have heard somewhere that more water is not good.. Its little confusing because most of doctor advice to have more water as much we can have. :huh:
Water is always good for health. Every doctor advise only to have more water. Don't get confuse.. :)

I drink water at least 3 liters in a day but not as per what sasikanth has written in the thread. :(
If you don't drink plain water then try to take in fluid like lassi,shakes,shikanji etc. :)
