For every human being 7 hours sleep is enough it is better to sleep at 9 o clock and wake up at 4 oclock which is better for health.
Sleeping at 9 'O clock ! Isn't it too early.
This depends on your time schedule. I go to bed at 9 P.M. and get up at 5 A.M.
In olden days you can see the people who will sleep at 7 oclock only and they will wake at 4 o clock.

Early to bed and early to rise was the rule. Then there was no T.V. Now people like to view T.V. late night. Hence they go to bed late and rise late.

How I wish I could sleep at 9PM but I generally sleep at 1.30 AM due to my professional demands. I have to keep in touch with my clients in US therefore sleep late on week days. Now I am used to that sleep pattern.
