"Which Boddunan member do you want to meet at least once in your life time?" :cheer: :P

We had many good Irani restaurants where we used to get delicious bun-Maska and great tea, now alas, those restaurants have fallen pray to CCDs, Baristas and shopping malls!! :(
Now am 40 dear. I have very less food. so I maintain upto 40 to 45

yes, I know vinodh. But it is really tough to maintain such weight when we stay in our house. As we need to eat according to the family members.

But after your marriage you will surely reach 50-52. I was 46kg at the time of marriage...that also attained after a lot of hard work....ho.....(I was most slim among all girls in my class every time. :( )
But after 1 month of marriage, 1 reached 53....ha ha....Now also, striving hard to keep my weight below 55

I think 50 is OK...55 not all. My present target is to reach 50-51. I don't know when I will reach it :)
But if we are doing regular exercise, even if we have good weight, it won't appear. i.e. Our body is strong with less fat. Actually fat has less mass than it actually appear. But it require more hard work to reduce it. Always it is fat that makes us appear fatty people.....not actual weight.
Weight is according to height of a person. Men 1kg per inch and women 800 gms per inch of their height is the best scale.
I am 40 years and keeps the weight between 50 and 55 for about ten years.It is not my control that keeps it , but it is not going up nor coming down.
sandhya, our weight must be according to our age. One of the dietician suggest me that according to my age, i should have 57 weight.SO in that manner when i used to stay in hyderabad I have increased near to thatlike 55 and 56.After coming back to my home with in a week , my weight got reduced to 40.

Sarala, Sandhya saying that whatever weight you maintain before marriage its not a problem. But, when after marriage your weight will be increased automatically and you will became fat. that's what sandhaya trying to say by his picture. :laugh: :laugh: :lol:

Swetha...at least 3 km, before taking breakfast. Also, you should have a knowledge about your calorie intake.
Sitting too much time before your PC can also increase your weight and fat at your hips.....
Before starting Boddunan I was 52. Now dancing between 54 and 55 :(
yes, swetha Even I experience the magic of Hyderabad food. I had been to hyderabad in 2007.I stayed there for 10 monhts. In ten months from 30 to 50 I have gained my weight.
