By taking water contain fruits like water melon and some others which are high in water is not good for health they can take regularly but in little quantity.


The water content in these fruits are no so much that it could cause any health issues. If a person eats 25 watermelons in a day then he may suffer from some health issues. I dont think any one can eat so much.


I think no one will try to eat that much of Water melon.
Eating in limited is good.
