Yes,fruits contain lots of water. The fruit which contain maximum amount of water is Water Melon.
Not all fruits contains that much water. Only Water Melon is one and that too is seasonal. Simple water cannot be replaced with anything, no matter how much fruits you eat.
Life is a box of Chocolate, You never know what you gonna get.... :)

Fruits are very useful for our body. Daily eat one food increases life 5 minutes.

The water content in these fruits are no so much that it could cause any health issues. If a person eats 25 watermelons in a day then he may suffer from some health issues. I dont think any one can eat so much.
