Yes,Fruits makes our skin bright and by having fruits,no pimples and acne will be formed on our skin.

I too love mangoes this inspite of having 3 mango trees at home and enough fruits to eat.I never get fed up of eating mangoes, wait every year for summer season to begin.Another thing is that our mango trees are home to quite a few birds and I wake up every morning listening to their twitter :) ...

With out taking food we can live by taking fruits. There are many fruit health benefits.

There is one scientific suggestion that says if one of our meals is purly fruits that would make us healthy and free from many health related problems.

There is one scientific suggestion that says if one of our meals is purly fruits that would make us healthy and free from many health related problems.
Yet, it has been advised against it in Ayurveda, each and every meal must contain all the essential food groups and in the right quantities. It is advisable to eat fruits between meals instead of snacks.

Actually mango is more fattening if consumed in excess because it contains more calories!!

thank you kalyani for correcting my mistake. i read some where about mango that it reduces weight as it contains more fiber
