There is one scientific suggestion that says if one of our meals is purly fruits that would make us healthy and free from many health related problems.
Yes,having one time diet as diet will keep your stomach clean.Yo won't have any acne or pimples problem too.

thank you kalyani for correcting my mistake. i read some where about mango that it reduces weight as it contains more fiber
My pleasure sarala! actually, if the fruits like mangoes and bananas are eaten in moderation, they will not increase your weight, but if eaten in excess, they will definitely increase weight since they have more sugar content than many other fruits. Also more fiber does not necessarily mean reduction in weight, but the proper ratio of all components like total fiber, calories and other essentials in your diet.

All fruits contain Vitamin C. I prefer eating fruits after having lunch or dinner. It keeps my digestion good. I feel healthy. I have habit of consuming lemon also. It keeps my skin beautiful.
