I don't think so. If you exercise regularly without dieting, that can help. Good diet should be there but you don't need to starve.

That is why i run fast i cover distance in 5 minutes which a normal person cover in 15~20 minutes. :laugh:
You are young guy you can do it, but I am no good like you. I take half an hour.
