Do you people drink Milk?

    I drink milk daily by adding badam powder, sometimes bornivita powder and some times elachi powder. According to my interest and some time i just add sugar and have it. Milk is very good for our health

    I will use horlicks in that case. or should I use any thing else? I can not drink without mixing some thing.

    earlier the same problem was with me too but when i started drinking cold milk it was ok.and i hate the smell of cow's milk.i can stand it.

    Cow milk and goat milk has really strong odors, hard to stand. But in Bangalore there is only cow milk available.
