    Yes not all of them have developed.. But they are developing fast.. Don't know about other but in Gujarat growth is faster.

    village not having electricity are deep forest villages and not all the villages. They also developing very fast nowadays.

    Central Govt has many scheme to develop the all villages and many state Govt also.But still in our state no improvement. Chinmoyji can explain better .

    Some villages will be under floods due to heavy rain. It causes more problems
