You missed the point, I said when they know they are live they misbehave all the more, to show themselves one-up. While they were trained in a class they did not show their bad behavior.

Seems like we are a bunch of people who love to deviate from the issues. But that's the only option left for general people to keep themselves away from problems. But what is the problem for elected reps? Why do they deviate?
