Is it money the only thing?

Why most of the people just run for money without caring for the relations/friendships for them money is on the top and they can do anything to have it.

If government suddenly changes the rupee note means then all black money will come so fast to outside.

If government declares that all the money notes are cancelled and only coins must be used. and if government give a consideration for the banks that they can replace the money which they have in their bank with the coins given by the government then the people who have black money will completely waste of their money as thier money cannot be used for anything anymore. :)
