In 99% cases there was no issue, the only problem is dialouge. With conversation we can solve most of our conflicts.

Exactly. A dialogue in a congenial atmosphere sans preconceived notions will help in resolving majority of the conflicts
If the prescriptions so liberally provided were simple to follow there would be far far less conflicts in the world.
No conflict can stay forever unsolved. Yes the prescriptions are really simple if one has the capability to understand
