Yes any hairstyle specially for ladies depend upon the type of hairs they are having and also on their face cut. Not only this even the skin colour plays the important role in one hair style
I agree with you, but in our country most ladies have almost same shade of color of hair, skin color is different according to area they come but most ladies go for long hair with little trimming at the most.
