Yes indeed I agree.. But sometimes what they promise may not be available by the time we avail it. And even paper statement is not given for some holiday packages etc and they change the rules without bothering to inform us... We had to face such problems for that Country Vacations holiday package... They promised to sell the package at anytime if we dont want to use it but something else happened when we enquire.

Such donkeys are dangerous who fall on our feet because they look like falling on feet but they kick real hard when they find the time right. So beware of such donkeys, rather all donkeys.
