Yes there are family courts for this purpose. They give them some time to reconsider, most of the cases solved this way.

Yes,the Court also don't wants that the couple should separate and thus they give time to solve their issues internally.

yes ronark, there are alot of rules by court for the people who take divorce.

The marriage should need to have one year age.
then after they apply for marriage they should stay with each other for 6 months in one house. then also they want divorce then only they will sanction.
If they have kids, then they will prefer wife to look after the kid.
