Every year makes us one year older. A younger person may be more matured and experienced than the old one. If you do repetitive jobs continuously, there is no new experience.
One must learn from his own and others' mistake and learn from the experience of successful This will bring maturity and experience even at small age.

I don't mind. The one who beats us, ultimately has to pacify us when we make big cry. they are bound to make us feel better.
