If we see crime rates in Delhi i feel every lady here should learn to defence herself from people who try to tease here. :)
Crime rates against the women may get reduced by it as many of the people harm ladies thinking that they won't be able to react physically but when they will know that ladies can also show them they are capable of fighting with them then they would think twice to harm them. :)
Crime rates are increasing daily in all parts of India girls and their parents must take care of this and have to learn some self defense techniques to save them from others.
