We should take timely decision- neither haste nor lethargic. The time to act may be any moment considered appropriate. If you wish, you may keep all your options open till the last moment but the line of action must be planned and determined well in time. Last minute action is not necessarily last minute decision.

Sometimes, at exams, we may select a question to study at the last moment, may be just 10 minutes before exam. Luckily, if we get the same question, then it will be really nice. isn't it?
