Ragging is very bad especially for student many people commite suside for this.

As it's a wrong-doing of a different and legal punishment can spoil the career of a student whose momentary act of madness puts him or her in a sad situation. That's why we need to make these couselling csntres more effective and functional.

Now a day how many councelling we give to the student who do ragging is waste. We should only think of the students who are suffering from this. So giving legal punishment to the students who are doing ragging is correct. sasikanth is correct.
