It depends on at what intervals you take beer. Sir Winston Churchill was besides a chain smoker also heavy beer consumer. If you take five bottles of beer at stretch, this will affect you. You may need to urinate at small intervals. However, if you just take some beer when thirst as you take water, there will be no difficulty. Thus, in a day, you may take even more than five bottles. Only, this should not be in one go.
5 bottles daily means you have high chance of liver diseases within few years.Still the limit of alcohol consumption for liver disease is not well defined and it can vary for individuals. Some may remain healthy even after binge drinking for very long time. But most of the people can get a fatty liver and later cirrhosis which are different stages of liver diseases and finally liver failure.
It is said that a little of alcohol can reduce cholesterol level in blood, especially the LDL which is known as "bad cholesterol".This can prevent sudden cardiac arrest. But here also the limit of alcohol consumption is not defined yet and the little amount may itself be reason for morbidity.
It depends on the time interval between drinking successive beers and your activity level if you are not physically active then you might be under some trouble.
I don't think anything would happen if someone consumes 5 bottles of beer if he/she can. I have tried three bottles once and nothing happened to me that day.
HI Manikandan!,
I have heard drinking the every other day is less damaging but if one drinks five bottles of beer everyday, then surely it is going to take a toll on the health and it will effect the heart, liver, kidneys and the pancreas of one's system...
if you drink a light beer more of fat will enter your body and you can have a lever break down of some other organal defect...
so drink beer but in a limit.
