atleast for one month drink lemon water and try to eat very less. do lots of exercise like walking,running, doing house work.try to sweat a lot by this your fat will melt.
Many of our friends have mentioned enough things. I would like to add to go for the right kind of diet. And yes, also consult any lady specialist doctor too.
You need to go out regularly for morning walk or jogging at a fixed time. You also need some idea about food calories you consume and avoid as much as possible junk foods.If possible do some Yoga. Results will depend on how regular and punctual you are with the tips i mentioned.
Proper dieting and regular exercise will help reducing unwanted fat of the body. If you are thinking of pills or health supplement then make sure that they are made of natural ingredients. Losing weight is a time consuming process which might frustrate you but using harmful pills and drugs to achieve the result quickly can put you in other health issue. Apart from a regular exercise, you must take good care of your diet. Avoid having junk and oily food. Also, reduce the sugar intake. It is a combination of taking a healthy diet with regular exercises which can help reduce fat in our body.
Avoid oily and fatty foods. When ever hungry eat fruits. Night times better to avoid dinner or else you can have two chapathis with any fruit (Except banana)
To reduce fat you need to stop oily food and rice, daily eat 3 times chapatis as much as you want but not rice, and walking for at least 45 to 50 minutes. Instead of tea you can have green tea, cut down on sugar, with this you will reduce at least 5 kgs in a month.
