Also when sitting down for work, we tend to stoop and hunch our shoulders. Instead try to sit straight and clench in your stomach muscles as long as you can. This too helps.

I advise to do regularly Yoga and Asanas. I'm the beneficiary. It hardly takes 15 to 20 minutes. You should do Yoga preferably during morning or evening hours. The best Asanas for reducing belly fat are Tada Asana and Surya Namaskar.
Along with yoga i do Prisoner's squats for about 5 minutes.
If you do consistently, your belly fat will be reduced in a span 6 months.
