It also helps overcome tiredness, fatigue and alleviates mood symptoms. It has also been proved that it is vitamin D that helps fight colds and coughs and thus bathing in sun daily for 10-20 minutes will help boost immunity and prevent symptoms of cold, cough and flu.

But the most important point is that the sun bathing should not exceed more than 20 minutes daily and it should only be taken early in the morning or in the evening after 4 pm. Between 11 am to 4 pm when the UV rays of the sun are the most strong in concentration exposure to sun should be avoided during this period or instead of benefits, there will be more problems.
