As "health" is related more to body, one can feel like being healthy means being disease-free. Well, up so some extent, I will agree with this. After all, what can one associated the word "health" with? I think what you say is totally right in my opinion.
I don't live a healthy life style. Every day I think I will start morning waly but I am too lazy to start it. Its true healthy life style makes your body fit and you don't catch diseases more often but it does not promise that you won't get diseased in life.
Yes living a healthy life - style can keep a person healthy and disease free to a certain age, I do walking for at least 50 minutes daily and exercise, and avoid junk foods.
