eating the right diet which includes foods from all types of essential food groups such as a proper combination of carbohydrates, proteins, fats, and fibers is essential for healthy and black hair. If your hair is greying prematurely that means you are not getting enough proteins. So boost your diet with proteins such as eggs, soya proteins that are best for your hair. Also ensure that you are getting enough good fats from homemade butter, oils in moderate proportions.
To prevent premature greying of hair, eat a spoonful of roasted sesame seeds daily and also include peanuts in your diet, in the form of chutneys etc. They are good for your hair.
