Do you think he is the real culprit?
Yesterday it came a big surprise to me when, exactly on the 50th day Jisha's murderer was caught, a murder which shock the whole nation. But Jisha's father has told in press conference that it's some manipulation and he wants to hand over the case to CBI. His points are really thought provoking, plus doubts of a common man like me. A father's worries....am adding points one by one...
1) The father doesn't believe that Ami Ul Islam had personal envy with his daughter which led to such a brutal murder. (Mother told press reporters she doesn't know such a person)
2) Soon after murder, police told him murderer used a 'kambi para'(I don't know its english term, a weapon used to remove coconut husk) to make injuries to her private parts. But when weapon was found from nearby construction, it became a knife. How?
3) Police should clarify why she carried pen camera and knife always? She was scared of whom? Against whom did she (and her mother) registered complaints several times? Why did police neglect it? Can't believe it's against Assamese worker!
4) Though requested to police to permit to do rituals before the cremation, they didn't allow, and the cremation was done in a hurry berry soon after post mortem. Why? To clear evidences? (Even her mother was not allowed to see her dead body. The body was cremated by police on the way, even before reaching her residence. Why???)
Let me add my doubts also...
1) As a common man, I don't feel that a simple envy (story of spot of woman bath and being slapped by a woman) can lead to such a big crime. Let me add, no woman who baths in that bath area has told that she has witnessed such an incident! Where is that lady who slapped him??? At least she should come forward.
2) If the aim of Ami Ul Islam was sexual assault, why did he killed her without doing it? (As per postmortem reports she was not rapped, and the culprit also says the same). In normal case it is not possible.
3) DNA reports normally take 48-72 hours to complete the tests, even in US. Ami Ul Islam was caught on Wednesday in Kanchipuram, Tamil Nadu as police says (a bit doubtful if it is Tuesday). That too in the evening when he returned after the work. Before Friday noon, results came out that DNA samples are matching. Personally I cant believe that his samples reached within hours at Rajiv Gandhi institute, Thiruvananthapuram and everything matched by Friday morning itself. So hurry for such a sensitive case?
4) Jisha organized more than 100 people against real estate mafia. Last week they tried to destroy her home in government land. I smell something really bad. Was she fearing these people? Did police tried to protect them? Or does new government want to show that they have solved the case? Is it bad politics?
As a common man, am really doubtful and my mind is disturbed, though I was very happy when the news broke out yesterday before noon. What do you feel? Please give enough explanations for your conclusions.
