When did the evil against good actually start?

You can take any instance or moment of our daily life. For every good thing there is a balancing evil/bad thing. Many great inventions have took birth in the world for serving mankind. But very soon, a group of same mankind decodes some evils or negative points of that good thing, finds something new and use it as weapon of evil. For every good thing in this world, there exists a bad 'use' too. Not only Media, Television, Cartoons, weapons, mobiles and social networking sites, each and everything we see in our daily life.

As per your opinion, when might have such a procedure started? When did such selfish thoughts started which kills his neighbour? We should recollect that primitive man dreamt about food and shelter only and he fought only for these two.

Society always relies on some parameters of behaviour for its members.This keeps them in control. So the idea of good and evil appears to always have been in the human evolution in one form or another.

Good and evil are the residents of the adjacent houses in the same locality. Wherever good is there, underneath its very nose bad is there. They both are as old as the creation itself.

We look at good and bad as per the set norms of the particular society therefore it's hard to determine - where or when. People may have their own definition so let them act as per own choice as long they do not especially harm the interest of the society. I have read all the Ten commandments and think it covers everything but you have to give it another look and decide for yourself what is good for you.

Both are opposite to each other. If good present, evil also reside. If you are thinking for good, ready to face evil too.

Good and evil are subjective term. What is good to one is evil to another. Selfishness is part of human and animal nature. The human society has framed some rules for orderly management of affairs in interest of all. So the concept of good as well as evil began with fromation of human society. What is according to social norms and law is good and what is contrary is evil.

Good and evils are as old as Ramayan and Mahabharat...I remember while watching the current Mahabharat episode aired on Starplus where Lord Krishna says, "He is Arjun and at the same time he is Duryodhan too"basically good and bad are two sides of the same coin. Without evil we will not know what good means and vice-versa.

It is not necessary for anything new to have a Good side and an Evil side. There will be people who focus on good deeds and some who focus on evil deeds. Evil deeds should be negated or should be stopped.
