Government has to act according to the stipulated Penal code. If you think the terrorists are not punished , its not that government is encouraging terrorism. Its acting according to the law of the land.
government is not encouraging terrorism but some political party are giving moral support to some groups for their political benefits. Indeed out slow legal proceeding encouraging terrorists.
No, I don't think the govt. is encouraging such things. But yes, the way terrorists aren't dealt with as they should, this thought is likely to creep in our minds.
If government does not act promptly to find and punish victims immediately or try to keep blaming or playing political games on such a crucial point, it makes terrorists feel safe and go for more action.
When the law makers dont show strength and laws are not strictly followed with punishments not severe enough terrorists get emboldened and this is in a way encouraging them,So a ruling governement should be firm in its dealings...
They are not encouraging them but definitely if they punish them severly terrorism may get reduced. No doubt our law is such that it takes so much of time for verdict.
No our government is not encouraging. Some of our Indian people are helping them. First you must criticise them and catch them to punish. Then these kind of things will not repeat.
