How to change my habit?

Its really tough to change habit though I will try it if anyone could suggest what should I do as I get late in reaching anywhere - to office,to home,in functions everywhere.

Nothing is impossible. But you should make a start first. And see that you work in small increments. Not all of a sudden big doses. First start with one place. Say Office. Tackle this problem gradually. If you succeed in your office timings, then this success will ignite you to further take up other problems and sooner than later one fine morning you will be the epitome of punctuality. Cheers

I consider it a bad one for any one especially for professionals. I try to reach a few minutes earlier even if I have to stand out side to make it on time. Never underestimate the habit of being punctual because that is passport of your success in any field.

Sanjeev try to sleep at night time fastly than every day. Try to wake up early in morning and change your timings fast in your watch and every clock and forget about the change of time and follow that time then you will definitely change your habit.

Well, Just force your self little bit early than time whenever you have to go somewhere. Leaving bad habit is not easy, try harder and I am sure you can change it. Best of luck.

One of the effective way to change a habit is to start early and finish early. When start your day before the stipulated sv=schedule, you think about bringing some change. However, when you are already late , you just wonder about finishing your daily task anyhow.

It is better to leave towards your destination half an hour before. Try to get yourself ready atleast 1 hour before you leave for your work place.

A habit which is part of your personality is difficult to part with. But since it is not a bad idea to try and find out ways to give up a habit. Since, you said you don't reach on time to places...let say if you need to reach your destination on time...start 10 mins earlier, if it takes 20 mins to reach a place start start a little earlier to reach your place early. Reaching in time is always better than reaching on time.
