How do you face cold whether?

Its being too cold in Delhi these days, just winter clothing is not enough to overcome it. What do you do overcome it?.

This year the temperature of Kolkata is dropping down abnormally. It is very cold here. We basically cook such food which keeps our body warm and healthy. Fever due to cold makes person very weak. Hence wearing warm clothes together with good winter food items makes people fit all time. Adhere to this, bathing in hot water is good. Using room heaters/ AC can check the room temperature to a great extent. I usually avoid going outside in the evening in winter season.
