Wearing dark coloured colthes along with woolen clothes as dark coloured clothes prevent our body heat from escaping and keeps us warm , this is a scientific answer one more thing one can do that is keep yourself engadged with in some work of your intrest then you can forget about weather.
This is easy for me, I am an ex worker in hills therefore better prepared for cold weather with different woolens and leather clothes and mentally prepared to face it knowing its effects fully well.
This year the temperature of Kolkata is dropping down abnormally. It is very cold here. We basically cook such food which keeps our body warm and healthy. Fever due to cold makes person very weak. Hence wearing warm clothes together with good winter food items makes people fit all time. Adhere to this, bathing in hot water is good. Using room heaters/ AC can check the room temperature to a great extent. I usually avoid going outside in the evening in winter season.
