What to do when you feel sleepy but don't want to sleep?

Normally I wash my face with cold water to get rid of sleep.

I used to wash my face and have hard sprinkle water on my eyes. Also, i have seen that when you have conversation with others, then you don't get sleep very quickly.

Washing face is Ok but you definately need a break of 5-10 minutes. Listen soft music or keep your eyes close for 10 minutes. Then again go back to work.

It is really hard for me to stay awake in such cases. But what I do is avoid to go on the bed and walk for a while.. Yes washing face can help too.
