You are not obliged to drink green tea. However people who drink green tea are benefited by it's health traits. Green tea is known to improve blood circulation. If you less active in your daily life, then you can consume green tea to avoid any health problem caused by low blood circulation. :)

Green tea is dried, but not fermented.The flavour of the green tea is very light and it keeps all its chemical constituents intact.So,Green tea is good for everybody.The flavor of green tea can be described as: fresh, light, green, or grassy.


    So,if you are very particular about the taste of tea then You will definetely not like Green tea. If you are health conscious you will like to have Greeen tea.
