What is Adult Learning Cycle?

Adults have enough knowledge about the realty of life. they all learned with experience and observation but some formal education is also exigent. It is possible by education.

Adults can learn two ways
1- through their experiences
2- They can enhance their education level through distance learning programs or attending part time institutes providing facilities.

Not sure what do you wish to know in particular. But adult learning theory is known as androgogy and the principles of adult learning is as follows, which I have also written in my personal blog:

The definition of Adult learning cycle is " the process whereby knowledge is created through the transformation of experience. Knowledge is the combinations of grasping and transforming experience."

Adult learning cycle consists of

(1) experience viz. observation of facts
(2) Processing the observations
(3) generalizing on basis of processed experience and finally
(4) application of the generalized rules to concrete issues

It is education for adults.The govt. was started the policy of adult education for their learning.

The experiences in their lifes are considered as adult learning cycle.
