In your opinion, how can the young generation be guided so that they are able to play the role of leaders in the future?

In my opinion elders should lead by example.

We lack good role models these days..so we need good examples of great leaders in order to motivate the newer generation.

Students should be given proper guidance and chance.. programs have to be done to improve their leadership skills.. also student parliament should be there in every school/college...

The young generation should be apart from theoretical and practical training be motivated to take independent decisions.

Be leaders in yourself!
This is a guidance in itself!

It is important to teach the youngsters to be self reliant and responsible, leadership qualities are not found in everyone, but being a good citizen is even more important in life !

All the leadership Camps and other projects can just give some knowledge on improving leadership skills. But inorder to have proper ethics to do their job efficiently immprove moral thinking is also needed..I think some good leaders should be set as examples...the ways they used for prosperity of countries can be teached. Like Mahatma Gandhi's Ahimsa...However it depends on individuals attitude which leader to put as his moral.
