During times of stress, our body produces high levels of stress hormones called cortisol and adrenaline. The excessive amounts of these hormones interfere brain functions and inhibits our thinking capabilities to a large extent. So many times most people commit great blunders when under stress or faced by difficult situations.
Brain is your body part. In difficulty, entire body functions fast. You run very fast when in difficulty. Difficulty means 'emergency' and so there is more alertness. .
Brain of every person work differently. Basically it orders all parts of our to function sometime it works well in difficulty for some and it does not work that well for others in same situation.
I don't agree with the description of the question.
Many people becomes thoughtless. They can hardly understand what they should do. They don't get any idea or way out. Mind stops working. It is only the heart which beats faster.
In such a situation it becomes necessary to control emotions and work with lots of patience. It is better if near and dear ones help them.
It is not the brain which starts working faster; rather it is our consciousness which becomes more alert at the time of difficulty so we are able to focus more on what is ahead of us.
To a certain extent that is true, because it is a well known fact that man works under pressure which means that the conditions are not favorable. This is probably because of the high level of concentration and also the stress to succeed and get out of that state ( difficulty) that spurs him/her on...
Attitude of person play important role in working of brain in difficult time. Some person surrender in hard time so their brain pause for some time. Brain of persons who have positive attitude work properly all time.
Actually it depends upon person to person and the type of situation you are in...sometimes our brain don't work while we are in tension some time it find ways to get out of difficulty may be this depend upon the level of concentration on the problem...
