Shortcut key to Paste without links

Now, with the new system, I now use Microsoft Office 2010. In this version, there is option to copy a web article with links, yet post it without those embedded links. But using Ctrl+V option, it pastes from clipboard directly with those links. I want to paste data without those links, but not by using mouse. Do you know any such shortcut key, to make my work easy?

You can copy paste the article and when MS-Word asks for an option as in how do you want to paste the selected text, you need to select the option that says paste as plain text. This will remove the hyper-links if any, if this is what you asked.

Maybe you can paste it using CTRL-V and then delete using keyboard delete of backspace!!
I'm not sure if such shortcut does exist
