Which is better? Land or apartment

Land I think is better than appartments as they can sold easily further if you want to unlike appartments.

Land or apartment acquire importance on the basis of Location

Depends if it's for investment purpose a piece of land is always a good deal also if it's in rural or semi urban area a piece of land and if it's case of apartment this should be in a metro where rates go up too soon or rental value too high.

I guess for investment purpose, Land is more good. But surely it depends on the place or city. I mean in the city where I am living Apartment investors got good income too in last couple of years.

Land is better than apartment. In that you can build how you want but apartment it is built by others.

Invest in land or flat, it is not depends on in single factor. Our budget, needs, spare time to build house. If we need house to live immediatley, than it is better to buy flat. For investment purpose land is better option. Price of land is appericated but price of construction is always depriciated.

If all you have in mind is investment, then buying a clear title land is a better option than buying an apartment. If you are looking for something as a source of income later on, then invest in an apartment and rent it out, but it will also require your constant attention in terms of maintenance, filling out paperwork occasionally if given on rent etc. Also various factors such as location of the land or apartment should be considered when buying either of the one. So just list out pros and cons for both the things and then buy the one that most closely is suited to your needs.

Land is better than apartment. In land we can build many houses. But apartment we could not do that.

Personally i too prefer to invest in land because of the long term benefit and the option of having a garden and the freedom to build as one pleases 

As an investment point of you land is a better investment and as a long term investment. If looking for staying apartment is better because of security reasons. Short term investment is for apartment as apartments do not keep appreciating like the next 100 years as there will be better apartments coming up but you can buy flats in luxury apartments as an investment as in luxury apartment you would not have to negotiate a lot as someone buying luxury real estate would not care much of money if he actually likes the apartment
