Even I wanted to know about the points for the articles, and checked in many articles on boddunan, I found only cash credits and I didn't find any points any where in the article. I think only cash.
There are 2 types of scoring in Boddunani. First type is known as cash credits. The other type is Point crediting, but they too will be converted to cash depending on the type of "Point scoring item." That is if the point scoring item is Questions, then for asking a question, you will be given 2 points and for answering a Question you will be given 5 points. And if the answer is accepted by the questioner, you will be given 20 points. Similarly with other items. Thus the accumulated points will be converted in to different forms and categories like "Weekly leader", "Voter of the week" and "Boddunan Shares."
Now the points system has been changed. Prevously points were awarded along with cash credit for the approved articles. Now only cash credit is given to the writers.
No now there are no points for writing articles only cash is given to the articles when they are published. It used to be in past but now as per the new point system there are no points for writing articles.
The writer has probably got the message and he has not written any article since. I think its futile to leave this question open to attract only answers that are no longer required.
