We can add animations by add file option. Yet, it will be a good decision if more smileys are introduced. It will make forums look fresh

But, I don't think it's a better idea that we people are allowed to add smileys there....if so, we will add in hundreds....Better option is let admin add some.....

Each file is stored by a file name. We can save the same smiley with two names. So, if we are adding the same smiley second time, which has another name, if never shows "Duplicate value". It will be added..... :S
