The inactivity of members is understood. But there should be no inactive moderators and editors. If one cannot devote time to the job, the position should be relinquished.

This is one more instance of utter amateurishness on the part of boddunan. Those who have volunteered to take up these roles if fail to be even in touch with this site I fail to understand how their names are allowed to grace as moderators or editors!!

I agree with Chinmoy! I think it is time now to revamp the existing list of editors and moderators, Maverick should take some time out and look into this!
I normally do not post many discussions or replies, but I log in from time to time just to keep up with what is happening on the forums, deleting undesirable posts or shooting off warnings or cautions etc. I think that all the other moderators should too do that at least once a day.

I agree with Chinmoy and kalyani,
Even the quiz and Q&A need some moderators
As the standard of Q&A is not upto mark and always members just post a question by leaving it without selecting best answer.
The quizzes approval is taking too much of time and I dont know still whether the rules are changed. :unsure:

THe moderators should be assigned duty for each month.Then only they have the commitment.Those who are not keeping with it without reason should be removed from list.

I agree. There should be definite assignment and reward based on performance. This will ensure better performance of moderators.
