I don't think any government led by any political party has courage or willpower to do so. It is a matter that can be solved by army and that is why I say all such matters should be dealt by Defense Ministry under a high powered military council. 

In  India army is under civilians so order has  to come from them There is no concept of military council.. 

There is no question of Army Rule. Which is why, Home Minister,Defense Minister and the PM himself took a decision to check Pak's terrorist activities especially J & K. Army rule, cannot be implemented because, India is Democratic Country.

Yes you are right but it is very easy to say final action but in practical it is not easy. If authorities of International Human right organisation understand that terrorists have not human rights than problem of terrorist can be solved in few days.

Indian leaders have all been weak kneed, if not we would never have had this kind of problem escalating to this limit. If they had the forethought and the courage, Pakistan and it's evil intentions could have been nipped in the bud back in the sixties. Now the only option left is attack when there is any kind of border offensive from them . Dialogue and talk have no meaning where a rogue nation like Pakistan is concerned.

As far as Pakistan is concerned, India should speak in a language that makes it straight. No soft talk, no negotiations. A direct action is what India should resort to. I may sound emotional. But it's the voice of a Common Man. So are the Millions of India. Fortunately, our Leaders too had come to a firm decision to  deal with Pakistan in a befitting manner.. The Government of India, I'm sure has  all that is required to Teach Pakistan, a lesson of their life time.

It is fact that any talk with Pakistan is wastage of time. Pakistan is crafty country who never attack on India. The best solution is dispersed Kashmir peoples in whole country, in this way government can balanced between Muslims and Hindus population.

Integration of Kashmir with the rest of India should have been done several decades ago, however, it can still be tried 

The present Government is not leaving any stone upturned to integrate Kashmir with India. This is the purpose of Home Minister's visit to Islamabad. In the SAARC meet, Rajnath singh clearly mentioned that If Pak continues its nefarious activities of Terrorism against India, India will do what it is expected to do,

The problem has got aggravated during the present government so it is their duty to resolve it. Verbal assurances have no meaning. Winning over Kashmiris is not going to be easy. They are under religious grip of anti India forces. Pakistan has cleverly upstaged India.

A solution is needed for this ever burning Problem of Kashmir. It's NOW or NEVER for the Government.. Be assured that Kashmir issue will be solved , though it has its roots in the previous regimes,the Government doesn't believe in Passing the buck.
