I always try to make some variations in the same dish by experimenting new......thus learns more....
Actually, Kitchen is my Chemistry lab, where I will always get something from an experiment

wow thats really amamzing comparision. ok I will tell you one new experiment. after preparing carrot halwa add saffron it. then it will be more tasty

Saffron is very expensive....isn't it?
Also all Hyderabad dishes contain saffron....like coconut for Keralites :woohoo:
